Providers are paid biweekly via ACH for completed and verified services processed through the Talcada platform. Talcada earns revenue through a consumer-facing processing fee that is built into the total order cost. Providers receive their full agreed-upon service rate, independent of Talcada’s processing fee.

Talcada welcomes qualified providers offering one or more of the following services:

Providers may offer in-office, mobile, or location-based services, depending on credentials and availability.

Who Can Apply?

To maintain quality and compliance, all providers must meet Talcada’s minimum requirements:

Valid business license (where applicable)
Active professional licenses or certifications (e.g., phlebotomy, BAT, drug collector)
Current Certificate of Insurance (COI)
Compliance with applicable state and federal regulations
Ability to serve prepaid customers referred through the marketplace

All applicants are vetted and verified before acceptance.

How the Provider Onboarding Process Works

Step 1: Submit Your Application

Complete the Provider Signup Form with your business information, services offered, and required documentation.

Step 2: Vetting & Verification

Talcada reviews your credentials, licenses, insurance, and service capabilities.

Step 3: Provider Agreement

Approved applicants receive the Talcada Marketplace Provider Agreement outlining terms, responsibilities, and payment structure.

Step 4: Activation

Once the agreement is signed, your profile is activated and you may begin receiving orders.

Step 5: Payment Setup

Providers receive biweekly ACH payments for completed, verified services.
