Talcada is a marketplace platform only.
Talcada does not perform, supervise, manage, or control any drug testing, alcohol testing, DNA testing, or blood testing services listed or ordered through the platform.

All testing, specimen collection, analysis, interpretation, and reporting of results are performed solely by independent third-party providers, including laboratories, collection sites, mobile collectors, and phlebotomists (“Providers”).

No Medical or Testing Services Provided

Talcada is not a medical provider, laboratory, collection site, or testing facility, and does not:

• Collect specimens
• Analyze or verify test samples
• Interpret test results
• Provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
• Guarantee test outcomes, accuracy, or turnaround times

All services are provided directly by the selected Provider, who is fully responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, certifications, and professional standards.

Independent Providers

All Providers listed on the Talcada Marketplace are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or representatives of Talcada.

Talcada does not control how Providers perform their services and is not responsible for:

• Provider availability or scheduling
• Missed or delayed appointments
• Recollections
• Test result accuracy
• Laboratory processing times
• Provider compliance failures

Results & Information

Test results made available through the Talcada platform are uploaded and provided directly by the Provider. Talcada does not review, edit, validate, or alter test results.

Any questions, disputes, or concerns regarding test results must be directed to the Provider who performed the service.

No Guarantees

Talcada makes no warranties or guarantees regarding:

• Test accuracy or reliability
• Turnaround times
• Regulatory acceptance of results
• Provider performance or qualifications

Use of the Talcada Marketplace is at the user’s own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Talcada shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to:

• Services provided by third-party Providers
• Test results or delays
• Provider errors or omissions
• Regulatory or employer acceptance of test results

User Responsibility

By using the Talcada Marketplace, users acknowledge and agree that:

• Talcada is not the service provider
• All testing services are performed by independent Providers
• Any disputes or claims must be resolved directly with the Provider

Acceptance of Disclaimer

By accessing or using the Talcada Marketplace, users agree to this Disclaimer and acknowledge that Talcada’s role is limited to providing a platform for connecting users with independent testing Providers.
